A lot of people in fitness and sports seek out yoga to help them in any or all of the above areas. However, a lot of people can sometimes feel a little lost in a yoga class.
In this workshop you will learn about:
different types of yoga classes to seek for your fitness needs
modifcations of poses for your body and injuries
self massage techniques for pain/tension relief
