Stretch, Move and Roll - Myofascial Release Workshop
Fascia (fash-a) is a web of connective tissue in the body, connect muscles, bones, and organs. This fascia can get stiff and tight from our everyday lives and from being worked hard through exercise.
This workshop we will move through some of the yoga postures to warm the body up, stretch and release some tight trigger spots in the body through rolling techniques.
Main areas of focus will be neck and shoulder tension, back stiffness and leg soreness. Headache, Hips, chest and feet tension also covered.
