Yoga for the workout warrior is grounded in the principle that a regular Yoga practice can enhance performance through strengthening, stretching, breath and mental focus. We understand the amount of stress that sports and regular exercise can have on the body. Our workshop is designed to increase flexibility, mental focus, speed, and strength and to assist your recovery.
Topics being covered are breathing, core stability, mental focus and self massage/tension release techniques.

-Yoga Mat (Some are available for a $2 rental or purchase at the studio)
