Yoga For Desk Workers




Well for an evening anyways.


Desk workers are more prone to tension in the neck, shoulders and back. Repetitive movements (answering phones on one side and typing), sitting for long periods and daily stress can lead to physical ailments in the body.


This workshop is about learning some movements to stretch and strengthen the body, breath/meditation to manage stress and myofascial tension release for the stiff and sore spots.

What to Bring:


-Comfortable clothes

-Notepad and pen if you'd like


-Yoga Mat

-If you have any tennis balls or myofascial balls already. (If not there will be some to use.
